Short and specific: what North County Sub-Zero Appliance Repair undertakes to do, what it charges for, and what it stands behind afterwards.
What these terms cover
North County Sub-Zero Appliance Repair repairs built-in and professional kitchen equipment for residential customers in North County San Diego and the surrounding area — diagnosis, repair and maintenance, built-in refrigerator repair and freezer performance & defrost repairs included.
What it costs, and when
A North County San Diego repair is priced once, in advance of the work, with parts and labor in the same figure. Nothing is charged until the job is done.
Access to the appliance
A built-in refrigerator repair unit is repaired in place rather than dragged out, which means the front of it has to be reachable — and where the fault involves water, so does the shut-off. An adult over 18 is required on site for the whole appointment.
Diagnosis
A repair is quoted after the fault has been diagnosed, never before. If the fault will not show itself on the day, North County Sub-Zero Appliance Repair will say so rather than replace a part on a hunch.
Booking a visit
Booking is by telephone on (858) 465-4117, or online if you would rather pick the slot yourself. Same-day slots are available most days, and the limit is usually parts rather than the diary.
Components
The components that go into a built-in refrigerator repair job here are OEM, or from an authorized supplier when the factory part is unavailable. We will fit something else at your request and by prior agreement.
What our warranty covers
Our warranty is specific rather than sweeping — the same part failing the same way is covered, in labor and in parts. It does not widen into cover for the whole appliance, for an unrelated fault next year, for misuse or surges, or for another company's subsequent work. Where the factory warranty still runs, contact the manufacturer before us: on this equipment sealed-system cover is generally conditional on who performs the repair.
Cancellation
A booking can be moved or cancelled free of charge up to the point the technician is dispatched. One phone call does it.
What we are and are not responsible for
This is a licensed and insured business, and the paperwork is available in advance to anyone who asks for it. What North County Sub-Zero Appliance Repair does not accept liability for is a pre-existing condition, a manufacturer defect, spoiled food, or an issue with nothing to do with the repair performed.
Jurisdiction
California law governs this agreement, as it governs the work in North County San Diego.
