I had the old 600 series written off and was pricing replacements. He said the sealed system was healthy and it came down to an evaporator fan and a gasket that had stopped pulling. The kitchen was built around that cabinet, so that mattered.

What a North County San Diego customer notices
Not the repair. A refrigerator that holds temperature again is the thing they paid for, and nobody reviews the expected. What they write about is the window being real, the price being the one they were quoted, and being told plainly which component had failed and what it does.
Then there is the cabinetry. These are built-in appliances in fitted kitchens, and the fear on the phone is usually less about the compressor than about the panel front and the stone either side of it. The work is done in place, through the grille, as the manufacturer intended, and it shows up in the reviews.
When the answer is "no part needed"
Some of the visits reviewed below replaced nothing: a door seal seated properly, a drain cleared, a water filter long past its date. North County Sub-Zero Appliance Repair charges those as the diagnosis they were, and says so on the doorstep rather than on the invoice.
