Why is my Sub-Zero refrigerator not cooling?
Short answer
The pattern of a warm fridge over a cold freezer is the most useful thing you can tell us, because it rules out the expensive answer before we arrive. Two independent sealed systems means a working freezer proves the refrigeration itself is fine. What is left is airflow and defrost on the fridge side — a stopped evaporator fan, a defrost heater or thermistor that has quit, or a damper that will not open. Ordinary parts, ordinarily one visit.
