Why has my ice maker stopped making ice?
Short answer
Nearly every ice maker fault is a water fault. Hollow, small or half-formed cubes mean the machine is not receiving enough water — filter, pressure or a partly frozen fill tube. No ice at all while the freezer is cold points at the harvest side instead: the module, the thermostat or the motor. Those are two different repairs, and replacing the module for a low-pressure problem changes nothing.
